Dear Valued Community Members,

 

In 2020, Captivating the Culture (501c3) established The Sankofa Tribe, a program placed on local high school campuses to empower and inform the minds of today’s youth. Equipping adolescent minds to articulate themselves with intelligence and pride while helping them navigate through life successfully. 

 

 

Our goal for 2020-2021 school year is to help a total of 200+ African American youth throughout the Inland Empire to prepare and empower them with:

 

1. College Preparation and Career Exploration

2. Financial Literacy and Investment Strategies

3. Advocacy Training and Cultural Awareness

  

Thanks to generous sponsors and community partners like you, we are well on our way to reaching our goal. However, we still need support to achieve the much-needed work for our future.
